Our shipping days are Tuesday and Wednesday for Second Day orders and Monday through Thursday for Priority overnight orders.
For shipping on other business days, please give us a call or specify in the comment section when placing an order.
Please allow 72 hours for processing your order. Sometimes we have to bring in a product from a different location to fulfill your entire order.
If you choose California shipping, Nevada shipping, or Oregon shipping - your order will be shipped FED-EX GROUND only Tuesday or Wednesday.
Our shipping Closing time is 2 p.m. except for Thursday and Friday when shipping closing time is 12 pm.
If you place an order Friday and choose Next Day Shipping, the order will be packed and shipped the following week on the first business day.
We don't ship on Saturday and Sunday.
If you place an order before major holidays be ready for delays - all shipping companies encounter problems to fulfill the shoppers' expectations and for this reason, we suggest you always place an order in advance.
If you sign up for a club subscription - the order will start the following month, and our shipments will arrive in the last week of every month. The orders placed in December will start in the last week of January next year.
We are using cold packs to keep your perishable frozen and is normal for the product to arrive slightly defrosted.
It's important to know that dry ice is considered a dangerous good/hazardous material and this requires special handling.
Please check your shipping address twice. Make sure you enter the correct zip code, the correct house, or the flat number. You can change the shipping address or correct it before the shipping label is issued. If the address is wrong and the product is shipped - the order is considered fulfilled.
We make it easy to calculate the shipping cost in your shopping cart no matter how many items are in the cart then you can achieve this by specifying this fixed amount in the base shipping cost.

However, at this time we continue operating and shipping products even we work with fewer employees.
