Our Water Buffaloes are raised on our farm in Perris, California, USA. Water Buffalo meat is a delicacy enjoyed on a regular basis in certain regions of Italy due to its fine taste and nutritional profile. The taste is remarkably like beef; however, Water Buffalo meat is a much leaner, dramatically healthier alternative to beef. It is significantly lower in fat and cholesterol.
