Exotic Meat Market® offers Alligator Sausages made
with All American Alligator Meat. In 1989, Anshu Pathak couldn't find the flavors he
wanted in his alligator sausage. So, he made his own alligator sausages.
Inspired by a traditional Alligator Cajun Sausage, he created his original alligator
Cajun recipe by hand in his own kitchen. Then he took it out into the world,
selling his hand-made sausages door-to-door all over the United States of
America. Anshu continued using his creativity and
imagination in coming up with even more unexpected combinations — all made in
small batches and with only the finest, all-natural ingredients.
They were such a hit, Anshu eventually started
selling them directly to restaurants.
