In an effort to champion domestic aquaculture and promote the recent NOAA Aquaculture Standards release, Exotic Meat Market proudly purchases domestically and responsibly farmed catfish, oysters, redfish, steelhead, hybrid striped bass, sturgeon, mussels, and scallops. We purchase mussels and oysters from the Carlsbad Aquafarm in Carlsbad, CA and from several Sturgeon farms in Northern California to actively promote local aquaculture.
